Hello,
I have an HP Pavilion ZD7144EA (ZD7000 Series) laptop PC which has since upgraded from Windows XP to Windows Vista and then Windows 7.
It still works and although slowed down, still allows you to run many office programs without too much effort.
Would there be a possibility to retrieve the latest known drivers for this device (graphics card, motherboard,...) and also a BIOS update if it exists, or even other components (the NVIDIA graphics card integrated into the motherboard works, but it shows up as "generic" when I look in Windows settings).
Thanking you in advance for your help.

Bonjour,

Hi@Knightrider_78,
Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!
I see you are looking for the drivers for the HP Pavilion Laptop.
I have a few recommendations
- Update your Notebook computer to the latest BIOS from HP.COM.
- Check for any drivers from HP.COM if available.
- Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
