Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP Pavilion X 360 Convertible Model 14-dy0519sa

Laptop is only 2 months old but nearly every week somehow i can not use mouse touchpad so the only way I can navigate through the laptop is through touchscreen which is frustrating,  both functions should work well all the time.  Previously I had to reboot and then it would work but not this time.  

Please let me know what is the best way to fix this?  My laptop is still under guarantee!
