Hi,
I was wondering if my HP Pavilion laptop 15z-eh000 could support charging via the USB C Thunderbolt port. It came with the barrel style charger out of the box.
Thanks.

It is a CTO machine, we do not have its full specs. But are you sure it has USB C Thunderbolt port ?
Regards.

Thank you @Banhien for your reply. Based on the little thunderbolt by the port, that's what leads me to believe that the USB C port is a thunderbolt one. The laptop was a gift though, so I'm not sure how to access the specs of the device.

Go here https://partsurfer.hp.com/
select your country and then enter your model or serial number and you should be able to see more detailed information.
