Pavilion dm1-4135ef
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello there.

I'm currently facing a problem of keyboard and touchpad completely unfunctional on my Pavilion dm1-4135ef with W7 SP1. Yesterday, I started it again after 1 year or so; at that time, the keyboard/touchpad were ok.

Of course, there was some major updates to download, including from Windows and from Avast. Few hours after these updates, the keyboard/touchpad were lost (I'm currently posting with another PC, and using the visual keyboard and an external mouse on my dm1 in the meantime).

I've seen some informations that the problem could be Avast, with a driver aswkbd.sys, but even after uninstalling Avast with their uninstall software, it's not working. I also try to restore the system before the updates, but it's also not working (in fact, the restore itself don't want to work).

I read the HP page about the keyboards' problems (https://support.hp.com/fr-fr/document/c03822861) but as I can't clik on Esc touch at the start, I can't go in the BIOS to try these solutions.

Following, the list of Windows updates installed yesterday :

- KB4484534

- KB4516065

- KB4484455

- KB4535102

- KB4474419

- KB890830

- KB4092435

- KB4486743

- KB4503548

- KB4484530

- KB4462225

- KB4486737

- KB4484385

- KB4032216

- KB4486740

- KB4486663

- KB3139398

- KB2871997

- KB4536952

I hope you could help me !

Thanks in advance
