hi
ive got the above notebook and I’ve bought the 860 evo 500gb as recommended as a suitable upgrade but I tried and tried to get it working, my bios has no sata options, the drive is not recognised as an internal drive or as a usb external drive, It doesn’t appear in computer management or device manager. I’m using a sata cable, I’ve connected it to my daughters laptop with cable and it works perfectly so I know the cable and drive work! I’ve tried using Windows 7 and Windows 10 Please help
