Did I not link you to the service manual? DDR3-1333 is the correct memory for this model. The original DDR3-1600 is the 1.5 volt and would downclock to 1333 and the test shows both modules running at 1330 which is within normal tolerances.. You say the memory failed but the memtest output shows both modules and shows a running test with no errors. How does it fail?
Can you run the laptop on either 4 gig module? I note you have one high density single rank module and one low density dual rank module and often those do not play well together. Is this an HP Service Center or what technical genius mixed these two kinds of memory?

Yes... The DDR3-1333 probably is the correct - unless it actually is something like DDR3-1293 (due to some manufacturing issues?)
That is actually bad that the test does not "show" the output, instead it hangs the whole system and everything just stops.
And it seems mainly appear in the multi-core memory test option.
It looks that either of the module (Samsung/Elpeda) alone is working.
But if memory is increased to 8Gb by 2nd 4Gb module or by single 8Gb module the system hangs.
Thus I was thinking that if the CPU or the motherboard has some manufacturing related defect at the upper memory address lines.
All the memory addressing circuits probably are actually inside the CPU.
All if the above 6Gb test failed in this memory test (it does not show any errors, but system was just hanged up).
So it looks this unit can not use more than 4Gb of memory, not even the 6B.
4Gb test with other manufacturer memory was working...
It seems there is nobody and no workshop that could fix this issue.
I have probably the latest BIOS version F.1C...
The other service center seemed to suspect either heating or BIOS -version issues.
But I'm thinking it could be motherboard or CPU -issue.
This seems nearly impossible to be debugged.
Also it looks like the tests and programs can not find the AMD RADEON GRAPHICS:
Also i don't understand how the system is supposed to use Intel vs. AMD GPUs? i could not find anything in the settings
to switch between different GPU and sometimes the benchmark gave AMD lower score than internal intel GPU.
Some memory tests, even with 4Gb of memory seem to quit the test rather than finishing it:

Again failed memory test with 8Gb:
Then whats causing this? Maybe motherboard soldering is failed or was never tested to operated with 8Gb?
The memtest86+ always fail at the same point at 21% of the progress. So it would probably indicate a certain
location of memory where the fail point is. Memtest86+ didn't show of any error, but instead hanged up the whole
system always at 21%. Maybe reading/writing some part of the total 8Gb memory is too difficult?
I would suspect motherboard soldering issues, because component manufacturers test their parts very well.
Open metal signal line by open soldering? Or failed motherboard capacitors - if larger memory need more stable capacitors then 8Gb case the capacitors performance is not enough/
