Pavilion 15

One of the hinges on my Pavilion laptop is broken and it is causing the plastic casing around the screen to detach. The problem is concentrated in the bottom right hand corner of the screen, where the casing is stuck to the extent that I cannot fully open the laptop. I bought this laptop almost 3 years ago so it is no longer in warranty, but it is otherwise in great shape and I have never had any problems with it - it has been well looked after and it has never been dropped or damaged.

I would appreciate any help or advice anyone could give me on getting this issue fixed.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
I understand your HP notebook screen is separating from the unit, in order to fix this issue your computer needs to be repaired.

As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to reach out to our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to check the available service options in order to diagnose the computer physically.  HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
