My laptop makes a loud buzzing sound when turning on (and it's getting worse) since I used to be able to restart it and it would stop, or hit the laptop so the fan reset but now it is almost insistent. I'm almost completely sure it's do with the fan since it comes from it spinning too much making a very loud buzz (I will take a video later) and I need to replace this part. However, after about 20 minutes of trying different things on the official HP part stores I've been unable to find fan replacements despite getting my product, serial and part numbers. If anyone knows how to solve the buzzing or where to find parts (like eBay) I would greatly appreciate it. From looking on the forums, it seems a few other people have the same issue with the fan.

There an HP support video here on replacing the fans

The HP parts might be found here but leave off the  "na" on your model

https://partsurfer.hp.com/partsurfer/

verify the part number L23895-001 when you open the laptop

I was unable to find the fan part here https://parts.hp.com/hpparts/Default.aspx?mscssid=

but it seems to be here
