Product: HP Pavilion x360 - 15-cr0037wm

I had gotten my HP Pavilion x 360  convertible for a Christmas gift and never was able to use it. How do I tell the person I never got to use it. It sits in the case. I got it out and tried to get it running many times. I have a UEFI diagnostics code. nothing on it. Just makes me sad that I was never able to use it.

Switch on notebook and send pictures of error messages, we could find a solution.
