Product: HP Pavilion x360 - 14-dh1178tu
Hi,
My HP Pavilion x360 - 14-dh1178tu model have been using for the past 3 years. For the past one month, i am facing severe issues with the laptop as the screen automatically getting off. Though the power button LED light is on but screen is blank. The fan sound is also not coming. After few days when I try to switch on it shows autorepair and updates however when i try to login with my password it shows due to multiple shutdowns it is disabled and try to login after 2 hrs. After waiting of 30-60 mins then again the screen goes off.
My online classes are going for a toss. Pls someone help.
Regards,
Kalhyaan
