HP Pavilion x360 14 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 14-ek0000, I opened the laptop up but could not locate the ssd. I am trying to replace the orginal with one that I purchased. I have a ssd + san disk 1 tb. Is this compatible I've been searchign but cannot find anything online.

Chapter 1 of the service manual indicates the notebook supports M.2 2280 NVMe SSD's only.

 

Maintenance and Service Guide (hp.com)

 

Chapter 5, page 40 has the SSD removal and replacement procedure.

 

It is hidden under a cover (thermal shield).
