My HP Pavilion x360’s screen stays completely black when I turn it on, and the power button lights up every 20 seconds. I’ve tried hard resetting the laptop and checking for loose connections internally but the issue persists. The screen does not display on an external monitor either. Looking for any advice on what might be causing this and possible solutions.
