Product: HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 11m-ad1xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My diagnostic says I need to replace the battery on my HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 11m-ad1xx.  I've tried several times on the HP parts page and it doesn't find the part.  Does anyone know the part number? My model number is 11mad113dx.   TIA

What is your   HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 11m-ad1xx  actually ? For example

 

             https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06038612            model  11m-ad113dx

 

The above model uses 2-cell, 37.2 Wh Li-ion but the series uses

 

        3-cell, 37 WHr, 4.8-AHr, Li-ion battery part # 916809-855

 

as shown on the manual

You can use both but to be sure is to be sure, you need to check what is your machine. Please use the following way to find out model/product of your machine

Please do NOT post its Serial number (s/n).
