I’m reaching out for help regarding a battery issue on my HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-cd0056TX (2018 model). Recently, the battery has completely stopped charging. HP Support Assistant shows the battery at 0% with a “Replace” status, and the Failure ID is UBU21A-958CLA-GXGJ2J-C0FP23.

Design Capacity: 35 Whr

Full Charge Capacity: 1 Whr

Remaining Capacity: 0 Whr

Terminal Voltage: 7539 mV

Charging Current: 0 mA

AC Power: Connected

I’ve confirmed that the battery is no longer functional. I want to purchase a reliable replacement battery but need advice on:

The exact battery model compatible with this laptop.

Whether Lapcare India is a trustworthy brand for this model (HT03XL or BK03XL options).

Any OEM alternatives or trusted third-party brands available in India.

Has anyone replaced the battery on this model recently? Would you recommend Lapcare or any other brand based on your experience?
