Hi,

Today I have purchased HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-cd0002NF. i slected this model due to battery. it was offer by reslaer that batter is 11hurs in one charg. but actully it is giving 3 housr on vedio streeming on 3 to 4 hours on normal browsing.

why this misleading/misguiding to customer.

You will not ever get 11 hours. The advertising actually says "up to 11 hours" and it is heavily disclaimed at that. You are going to see improved battery life after the first few days as Windows Updates stop coming in but expect maybe 5-6 hours, tops.
