I have a HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 15-er0xxx laptop, and I came home to a broken hinge, which prevents me from closing the laptop properly.  What is the best way to find out if this issue is covered by warranty?  If it isn't covered by warranty, what is the best way to fix this issue?

The only warranty coverage would be if you had the Care pack which covers everything.

Otherwise it will be either repaired by yourself or a laptop/PC shop.

Don't close it until it is repaired since closing it will damage the display and upper plastic part of the enclosure.

I can provide the part description and part numbers if you would find that helpful.

I do not know which version of display yours has since you did not provide the SKU or product number.

See the System information dialogue in Windows
