It's okay, just go back to the device manager, right click on the battery driver (the one you had disabled) and click on uninstall - select the option to delete this driver, restart the computer when done and the issue should be fixed.
If it's not, just Click here to find and install the drivers for your battery, along with BIOS and chipset drivers available on the website.
That said, if you need a working computer soon and none of the above steps help,
I suggest you get it replaced with another HP PC as this one may require a few more troubleshooting steps to have the issue completely resolve if the above doesn't do the trick.

I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers.
As I understand the HP Pavilion x360 doesn't work as it should while charging,
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
Did you reinstall the battery drivers?
Or attempt to calibrate and test the battery on your PC?
If you haven't, I recommend you do them both and then follow the below steps:
- Go to safe mode in windows,
- Then, the control panel,
- to device manager and disable both processors.
If the above options do not work or aren't available, try the below steps:
- GO TO THE CONTROL PANEL
- THE DEVICE MANAGER
- THEN GO TO BATTERY
- THEN DISABLE Microsoft AC Adapter and Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery.

I appreciate your time and efforts,
I suggest you click on the blue link to get detailed instructions on calibrating and testing the battery,
That said, I did some research on the other steps I had provided, it looks like disabling the processor may not work as its grayed out in most cases,
However, please follow the steps mentioned related to the battery as that should help:
All you have to do is:
- USE THE SEARCH BAR UNDER START MENU & TYPE CONTROL PANEL, THEN SELECT THE CONTROL PANEL
- LOOK FOR "DEVICE MANAGER" UNDER HARDWARE & SOUND
- THEN CLICK THE ARROW NEXT TO "BATTERY",
- RIGHT CLICK ON - "Microsoft AC Adapter and Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery" AND SELECT DISABLE.
