Hello, i would like to know what is the maximum capacity of ram i can install, since this product page is not the product i have and it doesn't mention anything about maximum ram, but this pdf manual shows the exact specifications of my laptop yet it still doesn't mention anything about maximum ram, can HP team please tell me if it's 16 GB or 32 GB, here is a list of specifications (by Specci):

Your Pc has customer non-accessible/non-upgradeable  so Components should be accessed only by an authorized service provider. Accessing these parts can damage the computer or void the warranty. ( Read page 34)

NO, The memory type has to be DDR4-2133
