My keyboard backlit is not working since day 1 after coming back from repair (from HP). It has been a while now and I wanted to know if there is a solution to this problem. It is an HP Pavilion Laptop 15-cs0xxx with 8th gen Core-i5 and has standard Windows 10. Just to be sure the backlit was working before repair.
