Product: HP Pavilion - 15-cs3013na

Hi

I bought my HP Pavillio laptop from Costco UK in June 2020. Last night, while charging, the battery over heated and caught fire, engulfing the house in toxic smoke and burnt through furniture. The laptop has completely melted through at the battery area.

 

This laptop had had minimal personal use and this dangerous incident should not have happened.

Photos are available.

Please advise how to proceed and l resolve this.
