When I plug my SimpleTech Signature Mini hard drive into the USB port(s) on my laptop, the hard drive is not recognized (doesn't show up in file explorer)
1. Product Name and Number 
• HP Pavilion laptop 15t-cs200
2. Operating System installed
• Windows 10 Home (64-bit)
3. Error message
• none
4. Any changes made to your system before the issue occurred
•  None

5. What I have tried:

• Tried plugging the hard drive into both USB ports - neither work. Light on hard drive comes on showing it gets power.

Hard drive works when plugged into another HP laptop

• Thumb drives work when plugged into the same USB ports

Also, update all the driver through the HP Support Assistant: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03467905
