Capture.PNGhelp we get this message and we have no clue where to find it at so we can uninstall it. is it  under a different name can someone give me step by step thank you very much in advance

The message is misleading. You do not uninstall BIOS. It is information programmed into the chip on motherboard that needs to be updated. The BIOS update should be on your support page.

I tried looking on the support page but nothing comes up

Yeah, HP site seems to be having major glitches today. It has been reported. I would wait and try again tomorrow. Be sure to only use N9E13UA without the #ABA

This should be the BIOS update which you need to download and install to update/upgrade Windows:
