My HP pavillion x360 Convertible touchscreen laptop stopped working and the service center employees said it is a motherboard issue. They asked me to note down my details on Feb 16, 2022 and said that the quotation will be ready in 4-5 days. But it has been a week and no mail from them yet. This is a paid service as I have no warranty and hence I expected it to be a little faster. I have lost a lot due to the inactivity and I need my laptop in working condition as soon as possible.

 

I asked customer care and they said to check with the service center. The service center is irresponsive. I live in Visakhapatnam and it is far from my home to the center. So, I can't visit them daily. I request HP authorities to look into the matter. The laptop is expensive and I really deserve faster service. I can provide my case Id if any authorities contact me. Please look into this and make the motherboard delivery happen soon.
