HP Elitebook x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Thank for your help.  I purchased the Elitebook x360 and the recommended mobile batter charger (N9F71AA#ABA) when i use the power bank all works fine then after 5 to 10 seconds the power bank lights all flash on and off and the HP laptop stops charging.  Really like some help or I'll have to send it back.  Thanks sooooo much.

Do you have another AC adapter that you could try.

It may be that AC adapter that could be the culprit here.

Hello, I have exact the same problem. I already received a new power bank and the problem is the same.

-> HP Power bank (N9F71AA)  + elitebook X360.

This is a bug with every single one of these I have purchased going back to May 2017.

HP *really* needs to fix this problem.
