Hi.
My HP Power Pack 22400 won't charge - the 4 lights flash when its plugged in and not much else happens. This seems to be a common problem by the look of it (seems to be an unreliable product). And there is no answer to fix this anywhere.
Is there any way to fix it?
(As an observation - HPs support for products seems utterly awful. Once you've made your purchase unless your question comes from a very set and narrow range of topics set by HP then its tough luck. No interest in helping customers. Thats why I will never buy an HP product again)
(Also cant add this to my list of products. Good lord you guys are dire)

From the following information, your machine required 120W to 150W charges
https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c05994905
And the power pack does not enough have power to charge your machine.
Regards.

Hi Banhien.
This doesn't answer my question. I'm not sure you've fully read my query.
But I'm not blaming you. Owing to the awful way HP has set up its support page I can see why you would take the course of action you have. Owing to the headings I have to choose from I can see why if you speed read it you would answer a different question.
I had to select a product. Otherwise it wouldn't let me submit a query. I selected my laptop as I could not select or add my power pack. But. The issue is with the power pack. NOT my laptop. I was not allowed to select the power pack, or add it.
My 22400 power pack will not charge. I plug it into a laptop charger. The 4 lights on the side twinkle. Thats it. I then plug other devices (phones, tablets, etc) into my power bank and they do not charge. My power bank is dead. How do I fix it? It cost a lot of money and I would have thought its lifespan would be more than a couple of years.
Also - HP has the worst customer services / aftercare of any company I have ever encountered. "Forced shoe-horn off-shelf failed-resolution" is awful. HPs after-care is cheap and ineffective. I will never buy an HP product again.
