I asked this question back in September and you said I'd get something in email asking for more specific details. I know this is later but If I did get it  I must have missed it. But when  I purchased it I paid quite a bit  more to get this premier upgrade. After paying off in 2 years I was supposed to have an option to upgrade to a newer laptop if I wanted. The only thing I received after the 2 years was an email telling me the laptop was paid off. I've called HP and in one day I was transferred and given at least 5 different numbers to call. Part of them didn't work. I tried emailing the people from when I received the original purchase order to no avail. It should not have been so hard.

  • I have asked that someone take a look.
  • Know that because our Community is not HP Technical Support, we are not a direct conduit to HP.
  • When there is a response, the moderator / agent will (should) post back on this thread before using other methods to contact you.
  • Do not contact random numbers posted in a public or private message by “new members”.  Vermin are looking for victims.
