Product: HP Prime Graphing Calculator

I purchased an HP Prime from Amazon in Jan 2023, now the number 2 key doesnt work.

Amazon have 30 day limit on returning items,.

HP website says my serial number support is expired!

  • Did Amazon sell me a used or refurbished device as new?
  • How long is the HP warranty period for a HP Prime?

This device has only been occasionally used, no physical damage, clean nothing ever spilled on it.

In order to get a 2 must use an expression or paste one, totally unacceptable.
