Hi,
I have HP ProBook 440 base model with an empty M.2. SSD slot

the user manual says supports 256 & 128 GB only
my question is are they the storage capacity limitation of my PC or as can I insert an SDD with more capacity like 512GB or 1TB?

Thanks in advance

Hi:

You should be fine with a larger storage capacity SATA M.2 SSD.

Those are only options that HP offered in that model series.
