Hi,
Can I Replace a Keyboard(Non-Backlit) with Backlit Keyboard in my HP ProBook 450 G2- P5S30ES? I found BL connector under keyboard but it is active?

Yes both non-backlit and backlit keyboard were offered for the 450 G2.
See p. 21
768130-001 would be US English backlit.
HP has it on backorder and asks $90 for it:
But available on eBay:
Saw a few of them there and here is one more expensive but good picture of the back and the backlight cable:
