Hi all!

I have a HP ProBook 450 G8 Notebook PC and I see that it has type-C USB port. I tried to use it for charging but it didn't work. The specification says that it has type-c with power delivery, https://support.hp.com/ph-en/document/c06934848#AbT8 . So why can't I charge it using type-c cord? I am mostly interested in can I charge it from a 65W powerbank.
