Hi, All!

HP ProBook 470 G3 ddr3l 32GB (2x16GB) memory will work? The instructions say a maximum of 16GB, but suddenly 32GB will work?

Hi:

Nothing I can find...the service manual, the crucial memory report indicate that anything more than 2 x 8 GB of memory is supported.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to run this command and see what it reports as to what the maximum memory you could install would be...

Windows users can determine the maximum RAM capacity in the Command prompt with the command below.

wmic memphysical get MaxCapacity, MemoryDevices

Run the command prompt as an administrator.

It gives the final value in kilobytes which can be converted to gigabytes (divide the value by 1048576 to convert KB to GB).

2 x 16 GB of DDR3L memory would probably cost more than your notebook is worth.

Have you checked the prices on it?
