Is it possible to replace Caddy Bay DVD Drive with 500 GB hdd and replace 128gb ssd with 500GB hdd/sshd in ProBook 6560b?

Yes, you can: I also have an HP ProBook 6560b (still running with Windows 7 Ultimate) which I upgraded with a 500GB Crucial MX500 SATA SSD as my primary (boot) drive, and using a SATA ODD drive caddy with a 1TB Samsung 870 EVO SATA SSD as a secondary storage drive.

 

Btw, also upgraded the processor with an Intel Core i7-2860QM and a 2x8GB of DDR3 1600 MHz SODIMM RAM kit.
