Hi, I just got my HP ProBook x360 11 G1 EE (5CG70360XP) and I wanted to upgrade the SSD since its only 128GB. What SSDs are supported (NVME, SATA, etc.). Also are there any instructions for opening it? I tried earlier today and my bottom cover seemed stucks. Thanks for any help!

Hello @AnnoyingNewGuy,
The HP ProBook x360 11 G1 EE Notebook PC uses the M.2 (NGFF) 2280 protocol so look for something that is M.2 SATA 3 2280. Options include the Samsung 850 M.2 or from Crucial: http://www.crucial.com/usa/en/compatible-upgrade-for//probook-x360-11-g1-ee
Steps to the replacement of the SSD are located on page 28 of your computer's Maintenance and Service Guide which will reference the other procedures to located the SSD.
To give a run-down, you need to remove 8 screws from the bottom and insert a thin-plastic tool into the front corner screws as shown below:
First remove all 8 screws then use a thin plastic tool to "push" the keyboard
After the top cover/keyboard falls off, the only thing that's stopping it from detaching are several ZIF (zero insertion force) connectors. Be careful with these. After releasing 3 of these, you need to remove the battery. This is done by removing in total 6 screws.
You'll find further details in the manual.
Best regards,
Eddy
