They are all Proook 430 G2 laptops but a touchscreen was an optional feature.
See p. 2 of the Manual here:
It is rarely economically wise to try to turn a non-touchscreen into a touchscreen model. Theoretically if you could get the hinges up touchscreen assembly it could be transplanted over. You might also find a used 430 G2 with touchscreen.
