HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was given an HP Probook 430 G5 laptop from work. I'm trying to connect this with my Dell P2224HE with a USB-C cable (came with the monitor). The monitor supports 65W PD and display. But it seems that when I connect it to the laptop, it says no signal from the device on the monitor. But if I connect the laptop charger and the USB-C cable together, the display works, and the laptop charges (not via USB-C). The monitor works with my personal laptop (only video, personal laptop does not support USB-C charging. But the display works even without connecting charger for it).

If I connect any other USB-C cable with power adapter, a notification comes on saying "For full performance connect a higher capacity adapter". Also, the laptop works with the lenovo docking station at work, both display and PD over USB-C.

BIOS Version: HP Q85 Ver. 1.19.00, 7/01/2022

Monitor: Dell P2422HE USB-C Hub with 65w PD. PD is turned on from monitor menu.
