Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have 4 HP Pro Book 450 G4's that all have the same problem, certain keys not working. The exact keys on all 4 don't work after installing windows 10 or 11. I tried reinstalling drivers etc. I finally found the problem. there's a small cable ribbon under keyboard that goes from the mother board to the Wi-Fi/Mute board. The boards purpose is it has 2 switch's, one is the Wi-Fi switch and the other mutes the audio. Anyway when I unhook that ribbon from the motherboard the keyboard suddenly works fine. You don't really need the wi-fi switch anyway as you can turn in on or off using the mouse and same goes for the mute switch. Some how when those 2 switches are hooked up using win 10 or 11 it somehow interferes with the keyboard and causes around 8 different keys not to work, So I just leave that small ribbon unhooked and do with out those 2 switch's in trade for my keyboard working. Please let me know if anyone else had this problem. I tried replacing the key board, replaced the motherboard, tried new memory  and nothing fixed the problem except unhooking that  one small ribbon. Hope it helps thanks. Rich from MD, USA.
