I have the HP Probook 450 g7 and in the specifications book it says “ supports the following…”, now does this mean that the maximum is 512 GBs for m.2 that the laptop can handle or it’s possible to get something like 1tb or 2tb. I’m planning to get the samsung 990 Pro 2 tb.

Hi:

Normally the drive capacities are just what HP offered in the model series, not the maximum capacity supported.

The Crucial memory/SSD report for your notebook indicates that they sell NVMe SSD's up to 4 TB in storage capacity.
