You will need to upgrade RAM by either finding another absolutely identical module or by replacing the single module with a matched pair of guaranteed compatible memory modules.
If you do not upgrdade the memory in that fashion, you very likely to find your notebook will either bluescreen (BSOD), will start up with a black screen or will have only one module recognized as present by the BIOS and operating system.
Your notebook can be upgraded to a maximum of 8GB. Upgrading to 6GB, as you have suggested, is likely to fail.
The link below is for guaranteed compatible memory modules.

Thank you for replying. I have been told about many successful 2gb+4gb upgrades. So that's not my concern. My only concern is which 4gb RAM should I buy. The link you provided is not available for my country. Please give a specific RAM as an example.

I have no idea as to what your country is.
Good luck with your memory upgrade.

Welcome to the forum @Ali_Jawad
If you are upgrading your memory for performance reasons then you are going about it all wrong.
Like @erico stated why risk the upgrade not working and not adding any system performance.
2gb+4gb you loose "Dual Channel Mode"
It is enabled when a pair of same-size memory modules are installed!!!
Doubling the amount of memory bandwidth!!!!!
That is why he said replace with a matched pair.
You will lose performance with "2gb+4gb"
