Product: Probook 470 G5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I get "blue screen" and win won't boot after that. 

When installing new windows 10, I can not see SSD, only 1 TB SATA disk

Try disconnecting or removing the 1 TB SATA disk.

When remove SATA disk, i get message "Operating System not found", and i try to install win but don't see ssd disk

With just the M.2 istalled go into the BIOS and make sure it is Enabled.
