Hello! My grandmother owns an HP RENVT40N HP laptop. It has 4GB of RAM, and an Intel core i3-8130U @ 2.20GHz running Windows 11 Home. I've tried looking online and contacting HP support to see if she is able to expand her RAM, as she uses it for business and its becoming slow. I haven't been able to find any answers if the RAM is soldered or not, and it's not, what kind of RAM specifically she could buy and the max capacity. Thank you!
