Product: HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eg3000 IDS Base Model

I sent my device to HP on maybe August 7th-9th and it was received on the 9th of August. At the beginning I was told and under the impression that my laptop would be fixed in 3-4 days (that's literally what they told me ) and sent back. But it's been delayed twice and it's pretty much the end of the month. They send me emails everyday or ever other day, telling me all the parts that are pending and it's still the same things since the beginning. This is unacceptable! I need my laptop for school, and other things. It annoying because it seems like they are in no rush but they made it seem like it was a quick and easy process. I was hoping to have it for school so I had to ask for a loaner but the thing is I don't want to loan something I just want the one I had! It was very frustrating since they updated the date on the last day of the estimated delivery date, and I was excited to get my laptop back, and then I was very disappointed to find out that it was delayed again.  😞
