HP Spectre x360 - 13t-aw000 CTO
Microsoft Windows 11

On April 10 2020 I bought the HP Spectre x360 - 13t-aw000 CTO. In November of 2021, I noticed the rubber grips on the bottom of my laptop were starting to come off. I didn't really think too much about this and taped them down and went on with my day. In December of 2021, I noticed the entire back/bottom of my laptop started popping out from the main frame. I didn't think too much of it and popped it back in. It kept popping out of place, so in January of 2022 I took my laptop to my school's IT department and they took a look at it. I wanted to know if I did something to it or if it was just the computer. They informed me that it looked like it was manufactured with too small of a screw which was why the back panel was not being held in place correctly. They told me to contact HP. I'm not sure if anything can be done, but if it is a manufacturing issue I would like to know what my options are. I will attaché photos below to be more helpful. I know this damage was not caused my me and I would have expected my laptop to last more than 2 years. I'm not quit sure who to contact about this issue, but I did want to start here to see if anyone could help. Thanks!
