SIR,
I HAVE BOUGHT THE PRODUCT IN AUG 19 ONLINE THROUGH AMAZON. SINCE THEN I HAVE NOTICED HEATING ISSUES ON THE LAPTOP, HOWEVER I NEVER COMPLAINED THINKING ITS MAY BE BECAUSE OF USAGE, AMD THEREFORE IT NEVER OCCURRED TO ME THAT I SHOULD COMPLAINT. NOT AFTER 02 YEARS SUDDENLY THE LAPTOP JUST SWITCHED OFF AND IS NOT STARTING. THE CHARGING LIGHT WONT BLINK. ALL THE EFFORTS TO STATRT ARE IN VAIN. I TOOK IT TO THE AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTER. THEY DENIED TO SERVICE IT STATING IT AN ABROAD PIECE AND HENCE IT CANNOT BE SERVICED IN INDIA. I DID PURCHASED FROM AMAZON INDIA SITE AND I WASNT AWARE OF THE PRODUCT BEING OF ABROAD. HOWEVER I GOT IT CHECKED FORM OTHER SERVICE CENTER AND IT CAME TO MY NOTICE THAT THE MOTHERBOARD HAS BEEN FUSED AND IS IN A TOTALLY WRITTEN-OFF STATE. NOW THAT THE PRODUCT IS OUT OF WARRANTY AND THE SERVICE CENTER IS OF NO HELP WHAT SHOULD I DO TO REVIVE/REPAIR THE LAPTOP.
PLS HELP ME AS I HAVE SPENT CLOSE TO 1.7 LAKHS TO BUY THE PREMIUM PRODUCT OF HP. SUDDENLY THE MOTHERBOARD GETTING FUSED MAKES NO SENSE. PLS DO THE NEEDFUL TO REPLACE THE SAME AS IT IS A FAULTY COMPONENT FITTED IN THE LAPTOP. I JUST WENT THROUGH THE FORUM COMPLAINTS AND PROBLEMS FACED BY THE HP MEMBERS. ALTHOUGH I DONT BELONG TO HP USA COMMUNITY BUT I DO BELONG TO HP FAMILY, AS I HAVE BEEN AN INVESTOR IN THE COMPANY’S PRODUCT.
