hello!
I own a hp spectre x360 15 inch df000 model that I had purchased from Amazon back in 2019 in august
the product was sent to Kuwait which is my country of residence and I have a lot of issues that are very very stressful for my case 
my battery buffed up 3 or 4 months ago and is occasionally dying out without a notice 
I have a bent chassis in the top corner near the on switch in the corner and that was due to a very small accident that has literally bent the chassis which I did experience in previous hp laptops in the past but never to this magnitude where my hdmi port was disconnected as I stepped mistakenly on a wire and the chassis was bent and the hdmi port was not working until I went to a workshop and repaired it outside
the base enclosure is badly scratched due to usage and the color even faded out even though I never ever expose the device to the sun from the purchase date to the present day 
my speaker unit has been buzzing since 4 months after purchase and I went to the local hp representative in Kuwait which is pro print solutions and they told me we can't get you the spare parts because it's not in the middle east and its an American laptop outside the region as they call it which is ridiculous since hp is international and any spare parts are shipped worldwide regardless of issues
I need the fixes to this issues or even spare parts and I did purchase the extended warranty recently that covers accidental damage but this is ridiculous and I expect a full repair or solutions at least since I have been experiencing this since a long time and those damages have been gradual and really i feel the device is now just another wasted purchase so please a quick viable solution to this since i literally use it for work every single day and its a 2000 dollar laptop so I'm not expecting to throw it away
