HP Spectre x360 - 15-bl108ca
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi, I bought the HP Spectre x360 - 15-bl108ca in January 2018. I really enjoyed my experience with the product until I did not. Last week I plugged it for the night, the next morning when I tried to start it for work it didn't boot. At first I thought it was not plugged properly but it wasn't the case. So I ordered a new power adapter wishfully thinking it would solve the charging issue but it didn't. So I've decided to face the problem and come on the forum to read about it and realized that I was far from the only one with that issue. I've learned that the motherboard was at fault. Since my warranty is expired, I cant seem to be able to talk with customer services in Canada.... another fun issue. With the COVID-19 all the repair centers are closed (bestbuy, staples etc.).  So what am I suppose to do? I am very disappointed, I made sure to buy a good 2000$ laptop for longevity and not even after 3 years its broken. Its ridiculous. I need it for work and now im doomed. I heard HP had a good customer service... well nothing is proving it to me right now. My HP printer stop working suddenly exactly in the same way as my cpu... Just sound like another case of Planned Obsolescence.

Please HP help me. For once.
