S/N: [Personal Information Removed]
https://support.hp.com/ca-en/checkwarranty says "We are unable to determine your warranty status for the product and serial number provided.".
Then I tried https://support.hp.com/ca-en/unknownwarranty with same S/N and P/N: 2DP97AA with no luck: "HP was unable to find a match based on the information provided".

Is it inside (pre-installed) a machine ? You have to use machine to claim warranty.
