Currently I have SSD storage of 128GB on my notebook. Genuine windows was installed from factory in this SSD only.

Now, I am planning to upgrade my SSD to 1TB. Can you please let me know, how my original windows would be installed again in the new 1 TB SSD ?

Your new SSD will be outside your machine anyway. The best option is to clone old SSD to new SSD and then swap them, I used to do that at least 10 times a year with 100% successful rate. Please use the following Guide

Other option: to do use HP Cloud Recovery tool to install Windows 10 on new SSD. You can also do a clean install Windows 10 on new drive. Windows 10 will use a key in BIOS of your machine to automatically activate.

Regards.
