Hi, My HP Folio Leather laptop is opening up on the edges, how can I glue it back together?
Its just been less than 3months of mild usage and am surprised its like this. I tried some home glues but its come off again.
Anyone with same experience and what did you do?
Thanks

Thank you @Raj1788 for your kind comment and response. Happy to be here.
I have contacted one of the Support Centers in my area but unfortunately the guys have no clue on what to do and I couldnt get the help I need. In fairness to them, they seem to haven't received any Folio Leather complain before and am not sure HP provided them with any guidelines to handle such complain.
Which brings me to the question: One would expect that in line with the User Guide for Leather Care and Maintenance provided in the User Guide by HP, HP would have anticipated cases where leather edges or tips open up as with any natural leather and provided tested remedies for customers to use to restore some of these basic maintenance issues. I have searched online and found nothing. I have had to try home glue product but it didnt work either. it opened up again after a while.
So this is still an unsolved issue and am hoping someone with the same product and issue can share their experience here, reason I joined the community.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
