My HP Smart App suddenly stopped working

It gives me the following error:

We're sorry, something went wrong

we couldn't load HP Smart right now. We apologize for the inconvenience. please retry or exit HP Smart and try again later

I have been retrying for the past week already.

It gives me the same error on both my laptop and android phone

Uninstall the HP Smart App on your laptop and android mobile phone.

 

Download  it from the appropriate places for each device.

 

Reinstall and set HP Smart App up with your printing devices.
