I need help on getting my PC functioning after Smart Friend Service left my PC unable to use. I have spent 12 hours with smart friend support to get my pc to work.  I need a supervisor or a contact to get this resolved My initial problem was a non functioning keyboard but mouse works fine

. I have tried 3 separate mouse and keyboard combinTions.  Mouse works fine none of the keyboards work.  Factory reset has failed to correct the problem.  Now Support wants me to find a laptop to use to download a new system file.  I'm 75 not in the best of healt and struggle with what is going on.  How do I get this resolved at a higher level. I subscribed to Smart Friend service and now I have no PC access. Please advise my next move.  Twelvehours of my time in the past few days has me stressed nd disappointed.  I am a long time customer of HP and am beyond disappointed in the service I have gotten in this matter. I am super dependent on my PC to stay connected to the outside world for daily life issues now I m lost.  Thanks for any advice on this issue.
